W/E Conj Heal?
All right, please if you have any sanity skip this one. It was and is by far the dumbest question asked

Using up a skill slot for a heal when your role is to deal damage isn't to good of an idea, just take good monks with you and if you really want to take Lions Comfort just as a back up, healing signet is a fail seen as it gives you 40 less armor and most builds run strength not tactics for the shield.

I have to assume since he is in Kaineg he is in Factions and doesn't have access to heros.
If that is the case then a self heal is often needed when relying upon Hench Monks.
Healing signet will work though it opens you up to big damage if you use it at the wrong time. It is a skill you should use after battle or when you are certain you are not the focus of attacks.
If you have Nightfall then Lions Comfort is the better choice.
